Default bug?

i am sorry if this thread is repeated before..well, just want to ask you guys whether if you guys encounter any bug in the game???..for example, when i come out of kaiseng center..i suppose to meet with mhenlo..after that, i suppose to escort him and a few others to meet with master togo..during that quest, due to the fact that my monk was 'running' all the time while mhenlo and troupe walk..so i go quite front and left mhenlo and the troupe behind..however, the problem is that i need to go back to get mhenlo frequently as he or some other of his troupe tends to get trapped with the 'pedestrian'..it is like he walk to a group of cantha peasant and get trapped there and unable to find his way out..i need to go back to get him then go front to lead the group and go back to get him again...

besides that, in some of the cinematics, how come the npc who are in the cinematic talking while being beaten by enemies although there are no enemies around them?? it is quite distracting..
